At Scoop you will find different class types to experience the Authentic Pilates Method tailored to your needs.
A great class for first timers but also for experienced clients who want to improve their Pilates technic and learn lots of different modification to the mat exercises. The use of props, like pillows and straps, is highly encouraged to help people find ways to perform exercises safely and keeping spinal alignment. (45 min)
In this class, we emphasise the breathing and stretches components of the exercise. It complements the strengthening work of the other classes. In addition, it helps developing body and mind awareness. (55-60min)
Pilates All Levels
The class go through the original mat work sequence in an energetic and dynamic flow. This is a strengthening based class. The emphasis is in the powerhouse muscles (abs, gluts and upper back). It promotes posture improvement, relieving and preventing back pain and related aches and injuries. (55-60min)
